The professional will engage in strategic projects, ensuring **quality**, **stability**, **technical compliance**, and **alignment with business rules**, collaborating closely with Product, Development, and Business teams. **Main Responsibilities** **Quality Management and Test Strategy** * Ensure software delivery quality across all phases of the lifecycle. * Define and execute the **test strategy**, covering both functional and non-functional testing. * Identify risks that may affect quality, timelines, or delivery stability. * Define high-level test scenarios, objectives, and appropriate test types for each project. * Ensure quality requirements are met within sprints. **Test Planning, Execution, and Governance** * Create and maintain the **Test Plan**. * Write and execute end\-to\-end and regression tests. * Plan and monitor regression testing, engaging the **QA COE** for automation when required. * Ensure standardization of processes, modeling, reporting, and test execution. * Update and maintain regression folders in **Octane**. **Metrics, Indicators, and Continuous Improvement** * Declare, track, and analyze quality metrics and indicators. * Monitor indicators using tools such as **PBI**, **Octane**, and **SonarQube**. * Prepare QA indicator reports and No\-Go recommendation reports. * Drive continuous improvement plans based on test results. * Maintain the quality improvement backlog and action plan. **Project Involvement and Stakeholder Alignment** * Participate in technical and business refinement sessions. * Engage in agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, dailies). * Ensure understanding of scope, solution, impacted processes, and involved systems. * Align with Business, Product, and Technology areas. * Monitor production incidents and ensure their logging and tracking in quality indicators. **People and Project Management** * Manage QA people and projects. * Support the organization of the QA team’s work, promoting best practices and technical growth. **Secondary Responsibilities** * Evaluate regression and end\-to\-end test results. * Review release schedules and flag quality-related risks. * Incorporate incident data into reports and indicators. * Contribute to QA process evolution, documentation, and maturity. **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience in **Software Quality Assurance (QA)**. * Hands\-on experience with tools: **Octane**, **Jira**, **PBI**, and **SonarQube**. * Basic knowledge of **test automation**. * Experience in planning and executing functional and non\-functional tests. * Ability to analyze metrics, indicators, and risks. * Experience in project and/or people management. **Behavioral Requirements** * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Analytical, organized, and results\-oriented profile. * Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. * Strong sense of responsibility, systemic vision, and attention to detail. * Ability to operate both strategically and operationally. **Differentiators** * Deeper experience in test automation. * Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). * Involvement in highly complex or mission\-critical projects. * Experience in QA process governance and maturity. **Contract Model** * On\-site allocation in a factory model, with an initial probationary period of 3 months and a pre\-agreed number of working hours. * **Location:** Preferably São Paulo (hybrid — partial in\-office presence required).
