Job Summary: Customs clearance professional to provide support and assistance, operate foreign trade systems, and interface with agents. Key Highlights: 1. Interface with freight forwarders and customs authorities **Position:** Customs Broker **Location:** Viracopos (VCP) / Number of openings: 02 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School; * Registered as a Customs Broker; * **Intermediate English;** * Experience in developing customs clearance processes, including client representation; * Knowledge of customs legislation and systems such as Siscomex; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; * Knowledge of import processes LI, DI/DUIMP; * Availability for 100% on-site work schedule. **Preferred (not mandatory):** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field may be required or considered an advantage. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide support and assistance in customs clearance of goods; * Operate foreign trade systems, issuing processes, registrations, licenses, and import/export declarations, and requesting certificates of origin; * Interface with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities; update complementary systems; advise importers and exporters; * Initiate, assemble, and monitor processes; * Organize and analyze documents, prepare financial statements, and handle processes under special regimes; * Provide support and prepare reports for clients. **How to Apply:** Applications will be accepted exclusively via Workday. **FedEx believes in equal opportunity.
