Your responsibilities will include: * Procuring materials and equipment specifically required for construction and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and established standards. * Evaluating and selecting suppliers based on technical and commercial criteria, aiming for optimal cost\-benefit ratio. * Negotiating contracts, delivery timelines, and supply terms with suppliers to ensure product quality and on\-time deliveries. * Developing and maintaining robust relationships with strategic suppliers, fostering long\-term partnerships. * Monitoring and controlling procurement budgets, ensuring adherence to defined limits. * Tracking cost fluctuations and proposing solutions to optimize procurement processes and reduce expenses. * Reviewing technical and commercial proposals to ensure procured materials and services comply with project requirements and regulatory standards. * Collaborating with engineers and project managers to understand technical specifications for required materials and equipment. * Ensuring timely delivery of procured products and services to avoid impacts on construction schedules. * Coordinating logistics and storage of materials, guaranteeing proper delivery and storage at construction sites. * Managing inventory levels according to ongoing project demands. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in technical procurement, preferably within civil construction or engineering sectors. \- Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and applicable technical standards. \- Ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and manage complex contracts. * Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate across multiple departments. What We Expect From You: * In\-depth knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and civil installations. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Experience in project management and construction planning. * Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably those specific to the construction industry, such as TOTVS and Sienge; * Effective communication to build relationships with suppliers and internal clients; * Teamwork to foster a friendly working environment; * Organizational skills to manage daily demands; * Dynamism to handle a variety of tasks and challenges.
