Senior Maintenance Analyst

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for planning and monitoring maintenance activities, managing purchase requests, updating control spreadsheets, and facilitating weekly meetings. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive maintenance planning and monitoring 2. Purchase request management and cost control 3. Spreadsheet updating and meeting facilitation Plan monthly preventive maintenance. Print service orders. Monitor and record weekly executed activities. Generate maintenance-related purchase requests. Update spreadsheets with preventive maintenance information reported by maintenance technicians, verifying equipment requirements. Update cost control spreadsheets, update KPIs for maintenance indicators, register spare parts and equipment in the TOTVS system. Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings; maintain technical drawings and manuals updated and organized. Control specialized tools and measuring instruments by storing related information in spreadsheets. Contact suppliers and schedule internal and external maintenance.
