HR metrics management and analysis The company is seeking an HR Analyst based in Campinas. **Responsibilities:** Perform end-to-end generalist recruitment and selection (R&S) processes. Execute onboarding, offboarding, and effectively manage time tracking and benefits administration. Provide technical support in Training and Development (T&D), job evaluation and compensation. Conduct organizational climate surveys and assist in action plan management. Manage and analyze HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or HR Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
