Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Nursing Technician committed to occupational health, focused on supporting employee well-being and managing the PCMSO and PGR. Key Highlights: 1. Your mission will be to support the Occupational Health area, managing and implementing the PCMSO and its interfaces with the PGR. Key responsibilities include scheduling occupational medical exams, outpatient care, managing medical certificates, issuing CATs (Work Accident Communication Forms), and providing support in emergencies and hospital follow-ups. We are a leading producer of sugarcane-based biofuels in Brazil's North and Northeast regions. If you possess attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and passion for caring for people, **join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, manage, and operationalize data related to the Occupational Medical Control Program (PCMSO) and its various interfaces with the Risk Management Program (PGR), creating schedules for occupational medical exams (pre-employment, post-employment, periodic, job change, and return-to-work after absence), booking appointments and audiometric tests, and arranging external examinations; * Monitor workplace accident cases, from CAT completion through referral to the Safety Department; * Issue and register the CAT – Work Accident Communication Form; * Enter/authorize medical certificates in the TOTVS system related to employee absences submitted to the Medical Department for day-off authorization; * Conduct triage of employees at the unit’s outpatient clinic, attending to employees, assessing health-related complaints, documenting consultations, and directing employees according to their reported issues; * Accompany employees hospitalized due to workplace accidents or incidents, arranging ambulance transport and accompanying them during hospital care; * Issue examination requests, preparing requisition forms for medical exams aligned with each employee’s job function; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed technical nursing program; * Field of specialization: Occupational Nursing Technician; * Preferred: 2 years’ experience in the field; * Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite **Additional Information** * Meals and gym access at the company; * Life insurance; * On-site accommodation; * Partnerships with optical chains, medical clinics, and dental clinics; * Internal and external training programs; * Telemedicine (online medical consultations); * Transportation provided to the cities of Balsas, Fortaleza dos Nogueiras, and São Raimundo das Mangabeiras/MA.
