**Job Description:**

\- Assist in practical activities for preparing agricultural areas for establishing units \- Assist in prior area preparation, tool sorting and storage, and support for cultural practices such as: irrigation, manual weeding, hoeing, digging planting holes, installing plant support systems, fertilization, seedling planting, pruning, harvesting, washing and grading of produce, construction of semi-protected structures (shaded with shade cloth), plant support structures, \- Bed preparation and setup, consistent seedling production, transplanting, and manual weeding.
