Work for a biofuel company in the North and Northeast regions We are seeking a professional to serve as Electrical Supervisor, responsible for overseeing and supervising preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, ensuring tasks such as fuse, transformer, contactor, circuit breaker, and other electrical component replacements. The role involves analyzing electrical panels and ensuring reliability of industrial equipment, guaranteeing proper system functionality. The incumbent will support and develop team members, promote standardization of maintenance processes, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards. We are a reference in sugarcane-based biofuel production in the North and Northeast regions of the country. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee installation of inverters, soft starters, contactors, circuit breakers, and fuses, as well as perform their parameterization; * Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams, consult supplier catalogs, and understand equipment, motor, and electrical component operations, to guide less-experienced personnel and implement appropriate interventions to resolve identified issues; * Advise on and update power house procedures; * Perform job-related activities in full compliance with the organization’s established occupational health, safety, and environmental norms and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for performing job and departmental tasks. Responsible for immediately reporting to the direct supervisor any activity posing risks to one’s own health or that of fellow workers. * Maintain discipline in the 5S program. * Conduct inspections of all Motor Control Centers (MCCs) at the industrial plant and of electrical equipment, both preventively and reactively, evaluating equipment electrical conditions and preservation status. * Perform maintenance on industrial equipment within the assigned area of responsibility according to technical standards, established plans, and emergency maintenance requirements, ensuring technical and administrative support while pursuing equipment operational efficiency and maximum availability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation; * Solid experience in industrial environments (preferably ethanol production); * Experience in people management; * NR 10 and NR 10 – SEP certifications. **Additional Information** * Meals and gym access at the company; * Life insurance; * On-site accommodation; * Partnerships with optical stores and medical clinics; * Internal and external training programs; * Telemedicine (online medical consultations); * Transportation provided to the cities of Balsas, Fortaleza dos Nogueiras, and São Raimundo das Mangabeiras/MA.
