Join our team as a Cleaning Assistant!
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Adhere to work schedules according to the Farm’s shift roster; consistently assist kitchen staff in the cafeteria and custodial staff with daily tasks;
* Perform cleaning and maintenance activities for both internal and external premises of the company, including collecting trash from bins and replacing them with plastic bags, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, doors, furniture, corridors, staircases, restrooms, storage areas, etc., removing dirt, dusting surfaces, and restocking restrooms with paper towels, toilet paper, and soap;
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace by collecting and properly disposing of waste in designated locations;
* Use cleaning tools, products, and materials appropriately, adhering to specifications for each item.
**Requirements and qualifications**
High school diploma preferred;
Experience in cleaning and maintenance services;
Availability to work Monday through Friday and reside on the Farm;
Availability to work rotating shifts during planting and harvest seasons.
