Eligible participants are **young people aged 18 to 23 years**, interested in the field of **industrial mechanics**, who wish to enter the workforce and begin their careers with guidance and technical qualification, within an environment guided by **inclusion, diversity, and full respect for people**. Opportunities are available for the Mechanical Fitter Apprenticeship course, focused on Industrial Mechanics, at our agro-industrial facility located in the rural area of **São Raimundo das Mangabeiras \- MA.** To apply, candidates **must have completed elementary education**. Applicants **do not need specific prior training or experience** related to the course. The course is scheduled to begin in mid-January 2026, with an average duration of 7\-8 months, with possible extensions. Classes will be conducted in person at the Agro Serra Farm.
