Boilermaker
We are seeking a **Boilermaker** to work on the fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and equipment used in our Agroindustry. Among the main responsibilities are manufacturing parts such as tanks, pipelines, supports, and other components, performing precise layout, cutting, and fitting operations. The professional will also be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of boilerplate systems, ensuring integrity, safety, and proper functioning of the equipment.
We are a reference in biofuel production based on sugarcane in the North and Northeast regions of the country.

**Responsibilities and duties**
* Cut carbon steel, galvanized, aluminum, and stainless steel parts for assembling equipment, pipelines, reservoirs, and others, meeting operational demands;
* Assemble tanks made of carbon steel and stainless steel, using pre-established specifications, in order to supply the required areas;
* Cut plates and pipes according to shape and dimensions specified in drawings, using cutting torches, shears, and other conventional equipment; drill holes using drills and bits to allow passage for rivets, pins, or bolts;
* Remove burrs from edges, install pipes, valves, fittings, and other mechanical accessories;
* Operate machines in the boiler shop, such as cutting torches, plate rolls, shears, drills, grinders, cutoff wheels, etc., cutting stainless steel and carbon steel materials to assemble parts and structures based on drawings, interpretation of sketches, and field measurements, repairing parts, especially on equipment subject to high levels of wear, corrosion, and abrasion, in order to meet area requirements;
* Perform layout on parts, piping, sheet metal, and others, based on drawings or sheets to be created, using appropriate tools, aiming to carry out cutting and assembly within established parameters;
**Requirements and qualifications**
* High school diploma preferred;
* Experience in the role;
* NR's 35, 34, 33, 20, 12 courses will be an advantage;
* Availability to reside in collective accommodation;
* Perform activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals, while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information;
* Ability to interpret and work with technical drawings to perform tasks accurately;
* Knowledge in layout techniques for shapes such as wolf mouth, square-to-round transitions, curves, cones, and other forms applied in installations and structures.
