We seek a committed professional with experience and attention to quality and safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform welding using MIG, TIG, and/or shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) processes * Prepare parts and materials for welding * Interpret technical drawings and specifications * Perform cutting, finishing, and fitting of metal parts * Maintain workplace organization and safety **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role * Knowledge of various welding processes * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Completed elementary or high school education * Responsible, organized, and proactive profile **Salary and Benefits:** * Salary starting from R$ 2,000.00 * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Hazard pay for unhealthy working conditions Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
