Responsible for contracting domestic road freight, re-distribution services, cross-docking services, and external warehousing. Analyze procurement-related data—including volumes, pricing, supplier performance, and other key performance indicators—to identify optimization opportunities; Negotiate with suppliers to secure purchases under optimal price and quality conditions. Develop procurement processes while considering the entire project scope—including logistics contracts and total costs; Manage supplier performance.
