Job Summary: Professional to work in the programming, planning, and production control of lubricating oils, interacting with various departments and supporting resource management. Key Highlights: 1. Environment focused on safety, environment, and ethics ### **Context and Environment** * Lubricating oil production factory; * Production Planning, Scheduling, and Control (aligning production scheduling with market demand); * Interaction with other departments such as Quality, Maintenance, HSEQ – Safety, and Supply Chain. ### **Activities** * Assist in daily product production scheduling (manufacturing), considering raw material and input availability to meet production requirements; * Participate in S\&OP processes; * Assist in allocation and organization of imported materials (plant and Login); * Support raw material control versus production planning, analyzing and alerting on trends and variations; * Support monitoring of production reporting and its adherence to OP closing; * Support additive expiry control to ensure visibility based on production forecasts; * Monitor all productive resources according to the production schedule; * Assist in production execution with necessary resources for all required activities, providing and maintaining working conditions; ### **Candidate Profile** **Technical Competencies:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Logistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel; * Power BI knowledge preferred; * Data analysis knowledge preferred; * Intermediate or advanced English preferred; **Behavioral Competencies:** * Quick reasoning and mathematical aptitude; * Hands-on mindset – willingness and energy to learn and propose improvements; * Openness to change; * Strong interpersonal skills and communication ability; * Proactivity and creativity; * Commitment to results. ### **Additional Information** **TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual development, and offers equal employment opportunities to all candidates.** Have you ever considered offering your experience and skills to a multinational company?
