Track orders, deliveries, and any delays or lost shipments. Record and forward complaints or requests to the responsible departments. Support the generation of customer service reports and satisfaction indicators. Assist in organizing information for proposals and customer follow-ups. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure complete resolution of requests.
