Profile Description: Responsible for designing and defining the architecture for new and complex systems, proposing innovative solutions to customer problems by transforming them through analysis and design into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Design and define architecture for new or existing complex systems * Gather requirements and specifications from customers and users when defining architecture; * Develop presentations and architectural solution proposals for technical and business personnel. * Review existing systems/architecture to identify areas for improvement from an architectural perspective; * Define, quantify, and present architectural and innovative strategies with business value to C-level executive management. * Collaborate with various account executives to assist in capturing and qualifying opportunities. * Deliver presentations to potential customers and partners, leveraging industry trends and knowledge of standards. * This is a client-facing role. Travel to customer sites to deliver services when necessary. Knowledge and Experience:* Familiarity with the technological landscape of one of the Brazilian telecom operators (TIM...Claro...) and Telecom business rules * Knowledge of TM\-forum standards (eTOM, SID, TAM) and ODA (Open Digital Architecture) * System development with focus on BSS in general: CRM, Rating/Billing, Ordering COM and SOM, CPQ, E\-commerce, VAS, Integration ... * Lean/Agile development methodologies * Architecture and development of cloud\-native software systems (API, Microservices, Container...) * Experience in application development. * Experience in architecting highly available, resilient, and fault-tolerant systems using load balancing and horizontal and vertical scalability. * Knowledge of emerging technologies: DevOPS CI/CD, Automation, RPA, AI, GenAI, AIOps, product evolution... * Foreign languages: English (level: intermediate/advanced). * Experience in the T\&M sector.
