We are looking for a professional to support unit management, ensuring execution of contracted food services with attention to quality, safety, and achievement of operational targets. Main Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Unit Manager to develop action plans, formulate strategies, and create and innovate initiatives that optimize unit results; * Monitor all qualitative and quantitative results of the unit and/or processes under your responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction and improved unit profitability; * Support the Unit Manager in technical and behavioral training of employees, overseeing onboarding, providing accurate daily task direction, establishing clear two-way communication, and promoting all aspects of health and safety; * Analyze inventory levels and prepare purchase orders for unit supplies; * Support daily cost analysis, data entry, and generation and analysis of managerial/financial reports for your unit; * Work within a large-scale operation in the (mention segment if not confidential) sector, with an average daily volume of X meals (if permissible for disclosure). Main Requirements: * Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (FNU); Work Schedule: First shift – Monday to Friday.
