**IT Operations Management** Location: Cachoeira Paulista \- SP Schedule: Monday to Friday \- 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM Contract: CLT \- 100% On-site **What we are looking for:** Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Minimum of 4 (four) years of **proven** professional experience in ICT operations management. **ITIL Specialist (Create, Deliver \& Support) 4 certification** Knowledge of ICT infrastructure components (storage systems, virtualization platforms, operating systems, databases, switches, LAN/WAN networks, information security, and cloud environments); Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM); Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001; Knowledge of PMBOK; **Responsibilities:** Monitoring and implementation of ICT maintenance and deployment projects; Monitoring and control of SLAs and service quality; Application of ITIL and COBIT best practices; Support for ICT process, tool, and resource management; Capacity planning and management of infrastructure; Development of continuous improvement initiatives; Preparation of indicators, metrics, and technical reports; Review and optimization of workflows; Creation of action plans for ICT areas; Knowledge management and electronic documentation; Management and auditing of service continuity; Software and component updates, and license control; Participation in meetings and technical\-managerial support; Promotion of service management culture; Implementation and monitoring of corporate ICT policies; Relationship management with vendors, clients, and internal teams; Support for information security and risk management practices; Implementation of ITSM processes (requests, incidents, problems, and changes); Operation of ICT service management systems (ITSM). **What we offer:** Salary: R$5\.689,04 Meal allowance: R$ 32 per workday Transportation allowance GoGood Life insurance SESC membership Do you meet the requirements?
