





JOB TITLE: CME COORDINATOR The CME Nurse will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the full operation of all CME processes during their work shift. Main responsibilities: * Contact operational coordination when contingency needs arise; * Present sector indicators and statistics on a monthly basis; * Address demands from technical, operational, and client areas; * Ensure all equipment tests are performed according to their respective frequencies; * Train and educate the team; * Prepare schedules and monitor leave plans for assistants and supervisors; * Ensure the team accurately logs routine tasks; * Guarantee organization of the sterile supply area, including cleanliness and compliance with the weekly review protocol; * Ensure reprocessing only includes items eligible for sterilization according to RE 2605 and 2606; * Keep all required documentation for CME operations up to date; * Maintain proper inventory management of supplies in the CME and ensure material provisioning; * Report all non-conformity events and implement action plans; * Participate in daily processes with the surgical center and OPME; * Fill out logs and update sector indicators; * Supervise internal protocols (incident logbook, load logbook, and material entry/exit records); Required Qualifications and Desired Skills: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Nursing; * Completed postgraduate specialization in CME/CC; * Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN); * Experience in team management; * Solid experience in CME or surgical block; * Knowledge of quality tools; * Familiarity with RDC 15, Ordinance 482, NR 13, NR 32, and RDC 16.
