If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP— together, we’ll go much further! **#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform tasks in compliance with company safety regulations and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) for your role; * Carry out work under the guidance of your immediate supervisor, machine operator, and/or process specialist; * Assist with screen changes and machine startup (film threading), as directed by the machine operator; * Assist in operating machinery and the production process according to pre-established routines for each process, and fulfill product and service specification requirements; * Understand machine parameters and information, and assist the operator in process adjustments per production orders; * Assist the operator in identifying machine malfunctions, defects, and non-conforming products; * Conduct product inspections per work instructions, production orders, and quality standards; * Assist the operator in monitoring and controlling the entire production process—from material feeding to finished product; * Support the operator in production tracking to identify improvement opportunities aimed at achieving better results; * Support the machine operator in meeting performance targets for their work process; * Accurately affix identification labels to cores; * Classify defects, identify raw materials and finished products, and record information legibly and accurately in production reports; * Interpret all information specified in the Production Order (PO); * Perform and monitor raw material and pallet supply for the process, ensuring no raw material shortages occur during production; * Package rolls directly on the machine, weigh rolls using a manual pallet truck for movement, and record information legibly and accurately in production reports; * Clean machine filters as instructed; * Perform pallet recovery activities; * Provide support, as needed, across various production areas (Cutting & Welding, Packaging, Stretch Extrusion, Shrink Extrusion, Printing, Recycling, Pressing, and Silos). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid NR12 certification; * Availability to work on a 6x2 shift schedule in Lorena/SP. **Additional Benefits** * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Food Basket * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a benchmark in plastic production, processing, and recycling, operating strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
