Job Summary: Responsible for developing loss prevention strategies, managing risks, leading teams, and monitoring operational processes for optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Development and Implementation of Prevention Strategies **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement strategies to minimize losses arising from theft, robbery, fraud, and other operational incidents. * Manage risks and ensure asset security at the facility. * Draft, review, and ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures. * Lead the Loss Prevention team, providing guidance, supervision, and performance evaluation for team members. * Conduct training and capacity-building initiatives focused on prevention and security culture. * Monitor operational processes, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing improvements. * Track loss indicators, analyzing data and reports to support strategic decision-making. * Collaborate closely with other departments across the company. **Requirements:** * Experience in Loss Prevention, Asset Security, or related fields. * Experience in team leadership and management. * Knowledge of indicator analysis and report preparation. * Familiarity with retail operational routines is considered a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Desired Competencies:** ✔ Leadership ✔ Strategic Vision ✔ Analytical Mindset ✔ Proactivity ✔ Strong Communication Skills ✔ Organizational Skills ✔ Decision-Making Ability Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Transportation Allowance Education: * Completed High School (Mandatory) Experience: * Loss Prevention Leader (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
