Job Summary: The professional will implement and maintain tax solutions and Active products in the NetSuite ERP, provide technical support and training, identify process gaps, and propose improvements. Continuous study of NetSuite functionalities and tax solutions Implement and maintain in the NetSuite ERP the Brazilian tax solutions and Active products, according to requirements, functionality, methodology, and appropriate techniques, to meet established objectives within scope, cost, timeline, benefit, quality, efficiency, and security standards. Provide technical support and training to customers, aiming to contribute to customer growth and development. Participate in identifying customer business process gaps that are not aligned with NetSuite ERP modules and Brazilian tax solutions, with the goal of developing functional specifications. Understand customer operations and propose solutions based on business knowledge to detect and prevent systemic issues, as well as suggest operational improvements with strategic thinking. Study the functionalities of NetSuite ERP modules, Brazilian tax solutions, and Active products according to semiannual updates and new product modules. Participate in training sessions and seminars that enhance and refine knowledge within one’s own area of expertise or role, aiming for continuous improvement, as well as professional and personal development. Attend meetings with the immediate supervisor regarding matters related to the department, to enable evaluation of applied practices and improve work performance. Perform other related and inherent professional activities as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree.
