Job Summary: Implement and maintain fiscal solutions in NetSuite ERP, provide technical support and training to clients, identify process gaps, and propose solutions based on business knowledge. Study functionalities of NetSuite ERP modules and fiscal solutions Implement and maintain in NetSuite ERP the fiscal solutions for Brazil and Active’s products, in accordance with requirements, functionality, methodology, and appropriate techniques, to meet established objectives within scope, cost, schedule, benefits, quality, efficiency, and security standards. Provide technical support and training to clients, aiming to contribute to client growth and development. Participate in identifying business process gaps of clients that are not aligned with NetSuite ERP modules and Brazilian fiscal solutions, aiming to develop functional specifications. Understand client operations and propose solutions based on business knowledge, to detect and prevent systemic issues, as well as suggest operational improvements with strategic thinking. Study functionalities of NetSuite ERP modules, Brazilian fiscal solutions, and Active’s products, in accordance with biannual product updates and new modules. Participate in trainings and seminars that promote enhancement and refinement of knowledge within one’s own area of expertise or role, aiming for continuous improvement, as well as professional and personal development. Participate in meetings with one’s immediate supervisor regarding matters related to the department, to enable evaluation of applied practices and improved work performance. Perform other related and inherent professional activities as directed and requested by one’s immediate supervisor. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree.
