Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid/Senior Infrastructure Analyst to ensure the stability, security, and evolution of the IT infrastructure with technical autonomy. Key Highlights: 1. Handle medium- and high-complexity incidents. Infrastructure Analyst Position Description: We are looking for a professional to work as a Mid/Senior Infrastructure Analyst in our company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and evolution of the IT infrastructure, with technical autonomy and direct impact on the company's day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: * Administer and ensure operation of the IT infrastructure (network, notebooks — approximately 80 machines, cloud-based telephony, inventory, access controls, etc.). ⁠* Manage cloud environments (Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Oracle, etc.). ⁠* Manage access controls, devices, and corporate tools for on-site and remote employees. ⁠* Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for employees (as related to infrastructure). ⁠* Administer VPNs, firewalls, and identity solutions as well as machine monitoring solutions. ⁠* Manage Microsoft 365 licenses. ⁠* Maintain IT asset control, including equipment stock, inventory, movements, allocations, and returns. ⁠* Ensure updates and traceability of asset records, contracts, warranties, and company equipment. ⁠* Handle medium- and high-complexity incidents, with autonomy to make technical decisions. ⁠* Support information security practices, IT governance, and documentation. ⁠* Interact with vendors, partners, and internal departments. Requirements: * **Reside in Itajubá/MG** * Prior experience as an Infrastructure Analyst or in a similar role. ⁠* Knowledge of cloud environments. ⁠* Experience with Microsoft 365. ⁠* Knowledge of networking, VPNs, firewalls, and access management. ⁠* Hardware knowledge (notebooks, networking, etc.). ⁠* Organized, proactive, and good communication skills.
