Commercial Assistant (Digital Focus) Hiring: CLT | Permanent Location: Maravista-Niterói **Responsibilities:** Attend customers via WhatsApp and other digital channels with friendliness, energy, and a sales conversion focus. Maintain a routine of fast, polite, and personalized responses, ensuring no customer remains unattended for extended periods. Organize and monitor daily conversations, starting and ending each day with zero pending inquiries. Follow up on contacts the next day, continuing previously initiated interactions without losing conversation history or relevant information. Present the rental company’s products and services attractively, conveying confidence and reinforcing the company’s competitive advantages. Negotiate terms, amounts, and deadlines with customers, aiming to close sales within company policies. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, with performance tracking. Keep CRM, spreadsheets, or control systems updated with customer information and service status. Support the team in planning sales campaigns and customer service strategies to increase conversion. Continuously seek service improvements, providing ideas and feedback to optimize processes. **Requirements:** Experience in customer service via WhatsApp or other digital channels. Experience in proactive sales or customer service focused on conversion. Ability to organize customer interactions and maintain updated records (CRM, spreadsheets, or control systems). Experience in negotiation and contract closing. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in proactive sales and digital customer service (WhatsApp, social media, or CRM). Skill in handling clients from events/parties, understanding urgency and attention to detail. Commercial profile with high energy and resilience for negotiation and contract closing. Interest in growing with the company, valuing performance-based earnings.
