




Description: * High school diploma; * Good interpersonal skills; * Clear speech; * Proficient typing; * Negotiation and persuasion skills; * Experience in customer service is desirable. * Perform pre-service customer assistance via the electronic channels established by the company (Email, WhatsApp, Chat, and Social Media). * During pre-service, register Service Orders in the system, request procedure authorization, and confirm instructions to customers via email. * Send invoices to customers after service completion. * Send results to customers upon request. * Address virtual store requirements. * Record completion of services provided (vaccine sales). * Confirm daily appointments with customers. * Carry out necessary rescheduling, cancellations, and/or last-minute bookings. * Schedule hormonal tests and sedated examinations. * Serve all internal and external customers courteously, respectfully, and efficiently. * Attend 100% of training sessions to which the employee is summoned by the organization. * Safeguard and care for the company’s assets. * Understand the company’s vision and mission. * Comply with company regulations and those applicable to the employee’s area of operation. * Uphold ethics and discipline within the company. * Apply 5S practices. * Perform other tasks related to the above, as determined by the immediate supervisor. 251222020249396563
