Here, you will be responsible for transforming interest into enrollment, relationships into conversions, and opportunities into results. **Your responsibilities:** * Conduct **enrollments and re-enrollments**, as well as sell additional network products (e.g., vacation courses and NCE) * Present the entire school, showcasing its facilities and guiding tours; * Work with **clear commercial targets, ensuring achievement of established goals** * Perform front-desk duties, such as receiving parents, notifying the principal, and providing clear information; * Be responsible for first contact, whether via phone or in person. * Actively participate in **unit events, parent meetings, and commercial initiatives**. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek:** * Prior experience in **sales or commercial areas**; * Aptitude for **negotiation, argumentation, and closing deals**; * A **dynamic, communicative, and results-oriented profile**; * Experience in **customer relationship management**; * Availability to work in a **school environment**, interacting with children and families; * Experience in sales and negotiation is a **plus**.
