Location**: Cruzeiro** Salary**:** **Fixed \+ commission for upgrades and sales** **Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service, building relationships with clients, and also selling?** We are looking for empathetic, communicative individuals who want to grow with us and be part of a team that values great service and excellence. **Responsibilities** Actively and receptively serve existing customers (via WhatsApp, phone, or in person) Sell additional products and services (upgrades, SVAs, new plans) Answer questions and provide guidance about plans Promote customer retention through consultative approach Record customer interactions and updates in the internal system Meet sales and upgrade targets Handle requests such as: Address changes, account transfers, plan changes, new subscriptions, landline and mobile services, and others. **Requirements:** High school diploma required Formal training or currently studying in commercial-related fields (a plus) Experience in customer service and/or sales Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse personalities Proficiency with technology, typing, and customer service systems Computer literacy Friendly and outgoing personality Experience in internet service providers, telecommunications, or retail service environments (a plus)
