BM Vagas, in partnership with a restaurant, is selecting a Grill Cook for the city of Itajubá/MG Responsibilities: Preparation of meats, poultry, and other foods on the grill, ensuring the desired cooking point. Maintenance of cleanliness and organization of the grill and cooking utensils. Inventory control and ordering necessary supplies for operations. Ensuring quality and flavor of prepared foods. Serving customers at the meat counter with courtesy and efficiency. Performing pre-preparation (cutting, seasoning, and portioning meats). Requirements: Proven experience as a grill cook in restaurants or snack bars. Knowledge of grilling techniques for meats and other foods. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Completed elementary education. Skills: Efficiency and dexterity in handling kitchen utensils. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Attention to detail and organization. Good communication and interpersonal skills. **Horário** Monday to Friday from 07:30 AM to 03:30 PM.
