If you identify with our company and embrace this challenge, join VALGROUP—we will go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, plan, and implement personal development and professional training programs; * Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes, and propose process improvements; * Ensure compliance with the Personnel Training and Development Policy; * Provide technical support for identifying training needs and implementing actions to effectively train employees, aiming to continuously improve employees’ technical competencies; * Arrange necessary operational and supporting resources for training events—including training materials, projectors, audiovisual equipment, manual assembly, distribution materials, attendance certificates, among others—to enhance event effectiveness; * Manage the training budget, calculate required investment for training program implementation, and monitor expenses to ensure effective control of funds allocated to personnel development; * Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes; * Control strategic indicators of the department; * Serve as technical support for the team; * Ensure compliance with SGI/SGQ certification requirements; * Participate in internal and external audits within the department; * Track and manage Corrective Action Records (CARs) and Records of Improvement Practices (RIPs) for the department; * Lead preparation of management reports containing statistical information and data relevant to the Training Department; * Ensure timely updates of internal control reports and spreadsheets pertinent to the department; * Plan and organize departmental files; * Participate in committees, meetings, and various programs; * Propose and implement process improvements within the area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and definitions; * Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, resources, and technologies available in the market; * Provide support, when required, to plant positions—including assistance in creating/revising job descriptions—and be responsible for analyzing positions during creation and revision processes, particularly regarding education and training requirements; * Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role, as directed by superiors; * Manage and source suppliers for Training & Development (T&D) initiatives; * Verify and forward invoices related to departmental matters for payment. **Requirements and Qualifications** Field of study: **Administration, Psychology, or related fields.** Minimum educational requirement: **Completed Bachelor’s Degree** Desired educational level: **Currently pursuing Postgraduate Studies** Desired: Four years of experience in this role, field, or related areas. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Medical Plan; * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Food Basket; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site lunch; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR).
