Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring safety and proper functioning of the hotel. Key Highlights: 1. Requires proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork We are looking for a **Building Maintenance Assistant** to **expand** our infrastructure team at the Hotel do Papa. The professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel facilities, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal operation of all areas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform minor repairs in masonry, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and general furniture; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance services across the entire building structure; * Respond promptly to internal service requests, with safety and attention to detail; * Conduct routine rounds and periodic inspections of facilities to identify repair needs; * **Maintain a courteous and discreet demeanor when performing repairs in common areas or occupied rooms;** * Assist in maintaining maintenance equipment and organizing the workshop. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred); * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and minor civil repairs; * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * **Must reside in Aparecida, Roseira, Potim, or Guaratinguetá.** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses in building maintenance, electrical systems, or plumbing; * Valid NR-10 and/or NR-35 certifications; * Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or customer-facing roles.
