Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst passionate about strategic negotiation and supplier relationship management to lead national and international procurement processes. Continuous improvement of procurement policies, processes, and systems If you are passionate about strategic negotiation, supplier relationship management, and delivering results, this Senior Procurement Analyst opportunity is ideal for you. * Lead national and international procurement processes (quotation, negotiation, closure, and follow-up). * Develop and maintain supplier relationships, fostering long-term partnerships. * Analyze commercial proposals, delivery timelines, quality, and payment terms. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire workflow through delivery. * Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and specifications. * Participate in the continuous improvement of procurement policies, processes, and systems. * Register suppliers * Monitor fiscal workflow and supplier payments * Conduct quotations * Approve incoming invoices * And other duties related to the role Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Senior Procurement Analyst or in a similar role. * Proven experience handling quotation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance processes. * Experience in both indirect and direct procurement. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and focus on cost reduction without compromising quality. * Willingness to work 100% onsite under CLT employment terms. * Must reside in Guaratinguetá, Lorena, or nearby cities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced Excel skills. * Familiarity with Totvs system. * Experience working in medium- or large-sized companies. * Intermediate English proficiency for communication with international suppliers.
