If you identify with our company and this challenge, join VALGROUP— together, we’ll go much further! #transformplasticwithus **Responsibilities and Duties** **Programming and Planning Activities** Coordinate weekly production scheduling for production units together with PCP, specifying versions, technical lists, and item updates; Register, update, and maintain product items, samples, technical specifications, and raw materials in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with defined standards; Prepare programming reports, when required, to support decision-making by analysts and specialists; **Technical Support to Production Units and Internal Departments** Collect information and perform preliminary analysis of low-turnover products and raw materials, jointly supporting management/specialists in decision-making; Assist in collecting data and ensuring traceability for investigating customer complaints, supporting analysis by the area’s Analyst or Specialist; Support production units by providing technical product information and system-related guidance; Assist in completing customer questionnaires and documentation requested via Sales, Customer Service, or SGI. **Governance** Submit purchase requests and inventory requisitions in the system; assist in preparing departmental presentations; Participate in weekly scheduling meetings with the department’s specialist; Develop and review technical specifications for products and packaging, aligned with internal standards and SGI requirements; **Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence** Participate in cost-reduction projects and low-complexity initiatives (e.g., resin substitution), identifying opportunities, implementing improvement proposals, and evaluating quality outcomes with management/specialists; Monitor low-complexity quality tests and present results to management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Minimum six months of experience in this role or related areas (manufacturing industry); Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; Basic ERP knowledge (SAP). **Additional Information** * Medical plan; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Basic food basket; * Transportation allowance or shuttle service; * On-site lunch; * Profit-sharing program (PPR).
