Job Summary:
This internship provides administrative, documentary, and operational financial support, as well as assistance in client onboarding, with a focus on daily routines and general support for internal operations.

**Requirements**
* On-site work in Pindamonhangaba/SP;
* Workload of 4 hours per day (20 hours per week), afternoon shift;
* Currently enrolled in or having interrupted technical or undergraduate studies in administrative, commercial, or related fields.
**Responsibilities**
* Administrative documentary support, including document research, organization, verification, and tracking for the company and its partners, with internal or external interactions—as needed—with notaries, public agencies, and various entities;
* Support for operational financial processes, such as generating payment links, sending operational communications to clients based on predefined templates, and organizing records and receipts;
* Support for client onboarding, including documentation research and organization, assisting in contract generation and dispatch using company-defined templates and tools, and monitoring onboarding status;
* Organization and support for administrative routines, such as assisting with calendar and deadline management, internal controls, physical and digital filing, spreadsheet updates, and execution of daily operational administrative tasks;
* General support for internal operations, administrative support to company departments, execution of related tasks, and assistance in standardizing simple processes, as directed.

Compensation: R$500.00 per month
