Mid-Level Product Development Analyst Position We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Development Analyst to join our innovation team. The professional will be responsible for assisting in the development of new products and improvements to existing products, always aiming for customer satisfaction and process optimization. Responsibilities: + Responsible for developing new products and reformulating product lines, meeting development requests while adhering to company policies and current legislation. + Develop and qualify new raw materials and suppliers through laboratory analyses, relevant documentation, and compliance with current regulations. + Prepare technical documentation for developed products, processes, and materials involved in production. + Communicate with the supply chain (suppliers, contractors, customers, consumers, and statutory or regulatory authorities) regarding any information impacting food safety. + Keep the Procurement department updated on qualified raw material and packaging suppliers. + Monitor industrial trials of raw materials approved in the laboratory. + Conduct sensory evaluation panels for products and raw materials under development to assess product acceptance and/or preference. + Send samples of products under development to external laboratories for analysis. + Prepare qualification and/or disqualification reports for raw materials and suppliers. + Apply raw materials for supporting analyses during quality control receiving processes. + Collect samples and perform first-receipt analyses of qualified raw materials and packaging. + Prepare, review, and correct labeling statements. + Analyze shelf-life samples from the first production batch of new products, or monitor new packaging structures. + Interact with suppliers through personal visits, phone calls, or email. + Develop corrective formulations for non-conforming products, monitoring their resolution. + Archive records of analyses. + Register product structures in the SAP system. + Work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Requirements: * Degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in product development, preferably in the technology sector * Knowledge of agile product development methodologies * Ability to work in a team and independently manage projects * Strong communication and negotiation skills
