If this resonates with you and you’re interested in joining our team, apply now! **Key responsibilities include**: * Coordinating warehouse activities to ensure material organization and control; * Managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials; * Controlling inventory levels and monitoring minimum and maximum thresholds; * Leading the departmental team by assigning tasks and monitoring performance; * Ensuring accurate data entry into systems; * Supporting production and maintenance departments in material supply; * Maintaining departmental organization, safety, and good practices. **Job Requirements:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in warehousing/inventory management; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of inventory control and related systems; * Organized, responsible profile with strong communication skills. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary **Benefits:** * Chartered transportation for residents of Campos do Jordão, Tremembé, Taubaté, and Pindamonhangaba; * Meal allowance of BRL 347.00; * 80% of Unimed health plan covered by the company; * Dental plan; * Gas allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Pharmacy allowance; * Annual profit-sharing program (PLR); * Career development plan. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday * Availability to work rotating shifts, if required Salary: BRL 3,500.00 – BRL 4,774.87 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Profit sharing * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
