Here, every employee is a fundamental piece of our success! We are looking for a **Store Operator**. If you are attentive, committed, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Receive payments for purchases, ensuring accurate recording of merchandise and verifying invoices, prices, and change to prevent discrepancies during cash register closing; * Perform cash register operational procedures, such as replacing receipt rolls, checking receipts, and performing daily closings, ensuring no shortages occur; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, preparing the cash register and verifying change funds; * Conduct cash withdrawals and removals according to established procedures, forwarding funds to the Treasury Department to avoid excessive cash accumulation in the register; * Execute operator shift changes and register closings, verifying documents, receipts, and amounts to ensure data integrity; * Support returns and restocking of merchandise at POS terminals, maintaining a clean and functional environment; * Assist with weekly inventory checks, verifying quantities, expiration dates, and stock discrepancies; * Identify products nearing expiration and notify the responsible department, ensuring compliance of displayed items; * Issue return invoices in cases of price, quantity, expiration date, or merchandise damage discrepancies; * Restock shelves and picking locations according to the PEPS system, maintaining proper product control and placement; * Collect damaged merchandise and forward\-it to the shortage department, contributing to loss control. **Interested?!
