If you are attentive, committed, and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Receive purchase payments, ensuring accurate recording of merchandise and verifying receipts, prices, and change to prevent discrepancies during cash closing; * Perform cash operational procedures, such as replacing receipt rolls, checking transaction slips, and performing daily cash closing, ensuring no shortages occur; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, preparing the cash register and verifying change funds; * Carry out cash withdrawals and fund removals according to established procedures, forwarding them to the Treasury Department to avoid excess cash accumulation at the register; * Conduct operator shift changes, verifying documents, receipts, and amounts to ensure data integrity; * Support returns and restocking of merchandise at POS terminals, maintaining a clean and functional environment; * Assist with weekly inventory, checking quantities, expiration dates, and stock discrepancies; * Identify products nearing expiration and notify the responsible department, ensuring compliance of displayed items; * Issue return invoices in cases of price, quantity, expiration date, or product damage discrepancies; * Restock shelves and picking locations according to the PEPS system, maintaining proper product control and placement; * Collect damaged merchandise and forward it to the loss control department, contributing to loss prevention. **Interested?!
