If this resonates with you and you’re interested in joining our company, come work with us! **Key responsibilities include**: * Conducting fieldwork alongside operations to identify potential hazards and proactively implement measures to reduce potential occupational accident risks; * Preparing Accident Communication Forms (CAT) and performing root cause analysis when required; * Participating in CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and Fire Brigade meetings and activities, collaborating to improve the SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) management system; * Promoting educational campaigns, SIPATMA (Annual Occupational Safety and Health Week), and applying DSS (Occupational Safety and Health Documentation) to raise awareness and prevent occupational accidents and diseases, as well as protect the environment; * Managing ASO (Occupational Health Certificate), PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and collective protective equipment (EPCs) at the branch; monitoring SSMA indicators and addressing non-conformities; * Ability to develop and deliver training to employees—including onboarding and other SSMA-related topics—and lead emergency drills; * Experience with tools such as Work Permits, Preliminary Risk Analysis, Hazard and Damage Identification, and Environmental Aspect and Impact Assessment; * Managing license renewals, including AVCB (Fire Prevention and Control Certificate), environmental licenses, and others; requesting necessary updates to technical reports and legal documents such as PGR (Risk Management Program), PCMSO (Occupational Health Program), environmental monitoring reports, and others; * Managing issuance of MTR (Technical Maintenance Report), RAPPI (Industrial Waste Management Report), CADRI (Environmental Damage Control Report), pest control documentation, and other environmental and sanitary documents; * Supporting the branch in achieving compliance with legal requirements and Regulatory Norms (NRs). **Requirements:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Completed Technical Degree in Occupational Safety; * Prior experience in occupational safety within manufacturing plants, warehouses, or distribution centers is desirable; * Familiarity with SOC software is desirable; * Training certification as an NRs (Regulatory Norms) instructor is desirable; * Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is desirable; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary: R$ 4.295,44 **Benefits:** * Chartered transportation for residents of Campos do Jordão and Taubaté; * Meal allowance: R$282; * 80% of Unimed health plan covered by the company; * Dental plan; * Gas allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Pharmacy allowance; * Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR); * Career development plan. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday – from 7:45 a.m. to 5:33 p.m. Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: starting at R$4.295,44 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
