If this resonates with you and you’re interested in joining our company, come work with us! **Key responsibilities include**: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment; * Diagnosing failures and proposing technical solutions; * Executing adjustments, tests, and improvements on machines and systems; * Monitoring maintenance and performance indicators; * Collaborating closely with production to minimize downtime; * Complying with safety and quality standards. **Job Requirements:** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in industrial maintenance; * Knowledge of reading diagrams and understanding machine operation; * Analytical, proactive profile with a sense of urgency; * Flexible availability for work hours. * Diagnosing failures and proposing technical solutions; * Executing adjustments, tests, and improvements on machines and systems; * Monitoring maintenance and performance indicators; * Collaborating closely with production to minimize downtime; * Complying with safety and quality standards. **Compensation:** * Fixed Salary **Benefits:** * Charter transportation for residents of Campos do Jordão, Tremembé, Pindamonhangaba, and Taubaté; * Meal allowance of R$347; * 80% of Unimed health plan covered by the company; * Dental plan; * Gas allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Pharmacy allowance; * Annual profit-sharing program (PLR); * Career development plan. **Working Hours:** * To be determined Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
