Your main responsibilities will be: • Scheduling, guiding, and performing hydraulic services on water networks (cold, hot, service, and rainwater), as well as maintenance on gas, steam, and compressed air networks, in accordance with specifications and work orders, meeting established deadlines and quality standards. • Interpreting projects, drawings, and diagrams related to your area of expertise, identifying the best approach to carry out your activities according to established quality standards. • Executing work orders in accordance with pre-established technical guidelines and procedures, aiming to maintain quality standards and deadlines. • Determining the type and quantity of cladding and other materials required to deliver services, requesting missing materials from the warehouse to reduce the response time for work orders. • Preparing finishing materials—sanding, leveling, cutting, gluing, and cladding—as requested, to reduce the response time for work orders. • Performing maintenance on hardware, wooden structures, and other components integral to upholstered furniture and armchairs, per supervision instructions, to minimize corrective maintenance. • Operating machinery and tools appropriate for performing services, aiming to keep them in perfect working condition and aligned with institutional standards. • Keeping work areas organized and clean to support activity execution and help reduce airborne dust proliferation.
