If this resonates with you and you are interested in joining our team, apply now! **Key responsibilities include**: * Performing mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment; * Dismantling, assembling, and adjusting machinery; * Identifying failures and implementing corrective actions; * Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance; * Ensuring proper equipment operation; * Adhering to safety regulations and internal procedures. **Job Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical training in Mechanics or related fields is desirable; * Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance; * Knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment; * Practical, responsible, and committed profile; * Flexible availability for shifts. * Dismantling, assembling, and adjusting machinery; * Identifying failures and implementing corrective actions; * Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance; * Ensuring proper equipment operation; * Adhering to safety regulations and internal procedures. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary **Benefits:** * Chartered transportation for residents of Campos do Jordão, Tremembé, Taubaté, and Pindamonhangaba; * Meal allowance of BRL 347.00; * 80% of Unimed health plan covered by the company; * Dental plan; * Gas allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Pharmacy allowance; * Annual profit-sharing program (PLR); * Career development plan. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday * Availability for shift work, if required Salary: BRL 3,500.00 – BRL 4,774.87 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Profit sharing * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
