Opportunity for continuous improvement of processes and controls A PVC edge banding and surfacing manufacturer seeks a Junior Cost Analyst in Pindamonhangaba (Socorro). **Responsibilities:** Serve as the technical lead for the Cost department, with autonomy to structure, develop, and evolve the area. Calculate, analyze, and monitor production and operational costs. Develop cost, margin, and profitability management reports. Conduct pricing and economic feasibility analyses. Identify variances, cost reduction opportunities, and efficiency gains. Create, standardize, and continuously improve controls, KPIs, and processes within the department. Develop and enhance routines to achieve greater organization, automation, and data reliability. Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Procurement, Finance, and Sales departments. Support monthly closing with critical, explanatory, and decision-oriented analyses. Actively contribute to the growth, maturity, and professionalization of the Cost department. Report analyses and KPIs directly to management and executive leadership. Previous experience as a Cost Assistant, Junior Financial Analyst, Cost Coordinator, or Budget Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
