




We are looking for an Internal Sales Consultant to join our team and work directly in our store, delivering a consultative customer service experience focused on results. Responsibilities: Responsible for directly serving customers in the store, with a focus on selling services such as broadband plans, mobile telephony, and TV bundles. Will support customer relationship initiatives, assist with post-sales demands, and contribute to the store’s organization and performance. Will work with individual and collective goals, always aligned with the company’s values and guidelines. Key Activities: Provide in-person customer service at the store for both new and existing customers, identifying needs and presenting customized solutions. Present the company’s product and service portfolio clearly and consultatively, adhering to current commercial policies. Assist in organizing the store, ensuring promotional materials are up-to-date and the environment is welcoming. Support promotional and customer relationship initiatives through proactive outreach (phone, WhatsApp, and corporate social media). Handle post-sales activities and monitor customer satisfaction, aiming for loyalty and referrals. Report relevant information to supervision, contributing to process improvements and store performance. Requirements: Completed high school education Previous experience in internal sales or customer service is a plus; Strong communication skills, proactivity, empathy, and results orientation; Proficiency with social media, messaging apps, and customer service systems; Basic Excel knowledge is considered a plus.
