




**Main Responsibilities:** In-Store Implementation and Monitoring: Ensure that defined strategies and planograms are correctly implemented at points of sale (POS) and conduct field visits to monitor execution and make necessary adjustments together with store managers; Sales and Market Data Analysis: Interpret sales reports by store and region to identify product performance and opportunities for mix adjustments; Category Strategy Definition: Plan the category strategy based on pricing, supplier performance, and demand; Assortment Management (Product Mix): Decide which products should be offered, ensuring availability of the optimal mix to meet target audience needs, aligned with category strategy; Physical Space and Planogram Management: Organize and optimize product layout on shelves (planogram) based on the "customer decision tree" (how customers search for and select products), not solely by brand; Mix Performance: Monitor sales metrics, margin, profitability, market share, and stockouts; Requirements: **Technical:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Business Management, Production Engineering, or Accounting; Retail experience; Experience with product display standards and store layout; Knowledge of merchandising and product promotion; **Behavioral:** Proactivity, organization, creativity; Strong verbal communication skills; Persuasiveness and ability to express oneself clearly; Teamwork.
