**Responsibilities and Duties**
Responsible for assisting in finished product manufacturing activities, ensuring the production line remains operational to achieve efficiency within established limits.
**Production**
Inspect, remove from the bottling line, and classify bottles failing established quality standards (pre-inspection, post-wash, and filled bottles).
Assist with kit changes, air tubes, and guide adjustments during packaging size setups.
Feed packaging materials (caps, boxes, adhesive tapes, films, labels, glue, trays, tags) into the production line.
Perform cleaning and organization of the work area.
Remove and classify bottles rejected by electronic level inspection and empty bottles.
Identify pallets bearing expiration date or traceability labels.
Clean the production line, collect, and dispose of waste generated during production (boxes, films, straws, tubelets).
Box new containers.
Manually palletize and depalletize boxes only with managerial authorization.
Manually wrap pallets and classify chapatex.
Perform other duties related to this position.
Paint equipment, parts, etc., as required.
**Wastewater Treatment**
Dispose of and centrifuge sludge.
Clean the sand trap box and effluent pumping station.
Organize the sector in general.
Clean the aquarium.
Retrieve chemical products from the warehouse.
**General Responsibilities**
Adhere to established standards and procedures, and responsibly conserve all forms of electrical energy and fuels. Must comply with the Integrated Management System Policy and applicable requirements related to the Energy Management System. Participate actively in Company-implemented Improvement Programs (Operational Model, 5S, Kaizen, MASP, etc).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed elementary education.
