If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and develop teams in Production Planning and Control (PCP), Supply, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehousing; * Define and monitor KPIs, goals, and action plans to ensure results; * Plan production based on demand, defining priorities, sequencing, and material requirements; * Ensure efficient supply of inputs, preventing and mitigating stockouts; * Manage inventories, ensuring accuracy, optimizing material flow, and reducing losses; * Address critical shipping situations by negotiating deadlines and alternatives with suppliers; * Standardize processes and implement methodologies such as 5S, FIFO/FEFO, Kanban, and traceability; * Evaluate and develop suppliers, conducting negotiations and risk-mitigation strategies; * Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Quality, Engineering, and Finance departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Master’s degree in progress or completed (preferred); * Experience managing Supply Chain teams and processes; * Experience in planning, logistics, procurement, or inventory management; * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Supply Chain KPIs; * Experience in process improvement and cost reduction; * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Food Basket; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site meals; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR).
