Our mission is to help car enthusiasts express their personality through their vehicles—in innovative, technological, and respectful ways. **Job Description** We are seeking a Materials Packer I to join our Logistics team. This professional will be responsible for organizing, locating, and moving products in inventory, as well as supporting order picking and delivery activities—ensuring speed, safety, and quality at every stage of the process. **Main Responsibilities** * Pick, organize, and identify goods according to sales orders; * Assist in order preparation, verification, and packaging; * Conduct stock counts and replenishment as needed; * Participate in monthly inventory audits; * Support loading and unloading of products when requested; * Report discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages to the responsible person. **Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate studies in Logistics (in progress); * Minimum 6 months’ experience in warehousing, inventory, or dispatch functions; * **Driver’s License Category B (mandatory);** * Basic knowledge of warehousing, location management, and inventory organization; * Familiarity with safety practices in cargo handling and transportation; * Experience with ERP systems, Trello, and Google Workspace. **Preferred Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Responsibility and discipline in task execution; * Team spirit and collaboration; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Commitment to delivery safety and quality; * Alignment with JP2AUTO values: Leadership, Customer Focus, Results, and Innovation. **What We Offer** * Market-competitive salary. * Meal Allowance + Fuel Allowance. * Group Life Insurance. * Health and Well-being – Total Pass. * Telemedicine and Nutritionist – Conexa. * Psychological Support Program – PAE. * Dental Plan after confirmation. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
