Provide service and support for event organization, setup, control, and teardown, ensuring adherence to event excellence standards. Activities * Issue Service Orders for Infrastructure, Audio & Video, and Conservation & Cleaning (via Sysman system) to ensure resource availability and environment quality; * Issue Service Orders for IT (via Zendesk system) to secure necessary technical support for event operations; * Request materials (via Mega system) to meet requirements for event supplies and equipment, as well as administrative activities; * Monitor and respond to public-facing emails (events@) to ensure agile communication and necessary support for operational requests; * Organize, scan, and archive Events Unit documentation to maintain orderly and easily accessible records; * Draft meeting minutes and reports for the Events Unit to document decisions and support planning; * Track incoming invoices and submit memoranda for payment to ensure financial processes remain up-to-date and accurate; * Receive and organize documents for vendor registration (individuals and legal entities), facilitating supplier regularization; * Conduct research, contact, and obtain quotations from suppliers under supervision, seeking viable options that meet event requirements; * Clean, organize, and conduct inventory of materials stored in the Events Center warehouses to optimize usage and preservation of items; * Receive pilgrim groups at Dom Aloísio L.
