




**Description:** Supervise the operational team, organizing work schedules and checking attendance records, absences, and delays for management indicator purposes. Conduct training and provide guidance on safety, hygiene, sorting and composting techniques, equipment usage, uniforms, PPEs, time tracking, and discipline. Evaluate team performance and propose improvements in working conditions. Hold periodic meetings with leaders and teams to align actions and exchange information. Monitor leader performance by comparing results against established targets. Ensure compliance with operational procedures for recyclable sorting and organic fraction composting. Monitor plant performance based on indicators such as sorted and composted volume, efficiency, losses, moisture, temperature, curing time, and compost quality. Control waste reception by verifying quality and volume. Guarantee proper disposal of rejects and final products (organic compost and recyclables). Oversee equipment maintenance, requesting preventive and corrective repairs, and supervise material inventory to prevent waste. Prepare periodic production, activity, and environmental indicator reports. Maintain records required by environmental agencies and participate in audits and technical inspections. Support Management in coordinating with cooperatives, waste picker associations, and final disposal companies. Request materials, tools, and parts necessary for operations. Assist the department in environmental activities such as project monitoring, licensing, interaction with regulatory agencies, updating legal registrations, and environmental monitoring (e.g.: Rio Paraíba). **Notes on compensation:**
